All UP Snowblowing partnered with Paint River Creative to capture high quality photo and video content that showcases their large scale snow removal operations. The project included ground based photography, drone footage, and the production of a thirty second television commercial. The resulting content was created for use across their website, marketing materials, and regional TV advertising.
The Challenge
All UP Snowblowing crews operate throughout the night during winter storms, which meant filming in low light conditions, cold temperatures, and active work environments. Capturing clear, compelling visuals while equipment was moving and snow was actively falling required careful planning, timing, and technical precision. Drone operations also had to be executed safely and efficiently in winter night conditions.
The Solution
We coordinated closely with owner Troy Bouman to film during overnight operations, capturing both wide aerial perspectives and detailed ground level footage of the snow removal process. Using a combination of professional camera gear and drone platforms designed for low light performance, we captured a strong library of visuals that highlight the scale, efficiency, and professionalism of their work. The footage was then edited into a polished thirty second television commercial, along with a collection of photos and video assets ready for web and marketing use.
